which was rebuilt in 1979 and changed its name into Shanghai Huyi Law
Firm in 2000. Shanghai Huyi Law firm is the first established law firm
in Shanghai and it is a large-scaled and comprehensive law firm with vast
practice areas. Since its establishment, the law firm has successfully
acted as year-to-year legal consultant for almost 3000 state-owned enterprises,

trades and rights infringe litigations, etc.
Its practice areas include trademark applications, agent in patent licence
trade, patent transfer, coordination and litigation of patent infringe
